About getting the best and giving the best

I had join the Training Leardership. It's about started on Friday the 27th of May and Eng in Sunday the 29th. It's three days and two nights.
Sometimes, i felt it longer than it takes when i got sleepy, because i couldn't sleep well for some reasons. But, somehow i think it's too soon to be over, i haven't talked much with others, remembering that most of them are not from my department.

Personally, i learned a lot about leadership, but not only about leadership, but to knowing other people personality and trying to understand them.

Why should i understand others? because, sooner or later i'll work with others that need to be understand.

We all meet new person, and of course new character. I saw there are so many brilliant future leader, most of us are born to be a leader than to be a follower.

How could i see that?? I see when we were doing our project, there are so many brilliant ideas.

I prefer to listen then speak what's in my mind. And there is one of my friend, she is smart but her voice is not loud enough to be heard. But , when we were stuck, she tried to speak what's in her mind. Everyone have to speak what's in their mind.

I learned to be not too dominant, because we all were have something to speak from our mind. But it's better to listen, open our mind, and make the best in team. Because there is no one personally strong voice to be heard but one unity, our strong voice.

The other is about, appreciate others. In the leadership training, the committee were our friend, but we have to appreciate them as the committee with stick to the rules. I know it's hard, and i break it sometimes.

These are just sort of things that i learned.
In a game, it is not about to win or lose, but it is about to do the best of us.

I got a lot of things, lesson delivered by great speakers, confessions by great leaders and great friends.
